ADJ Advantage™ Rewards Program is a very
simple straight forward program that awards you points for purchasing and registering American
DJ® brand products in the United States. Your points can be redeemed for a wide variety of American
DJ® offered items (To View Items Click Here). You are automatically enrolled when you send in a completed warranty card and or
fill out the on line registration form. This is a “web based” program and a valid email address is
required for enrollment and administration.
How Points Are Awarded
ADJ Advantage™ points are awarded and posted to your ADJ Advantage™ account simply by completing
your warranty registration (within 30 days of purchase) and sending in the actual UPC bar code from the
product box or package along with a photo copy of your purchase receipt. Award point values are listed
at the bottom of each respective product (some items may not have a redeemable point value) on the American
DJ web site.
How Points Are Redeemed
You may request to redeem points via an on line form for a wide variety of products that will be posted on
the American DJ web site and sorted by point value. Once a request has been received and points have been
verified your item(s) will be sent via ground service to a valid address in the United States. No PO
Boxes. Depending on where you live in the United States you may be responsible for any applicable taxes
based on applicable Federal, State, or local laws.
Please note:
Once you have redeemed points for any qualifying product and the product has been shipped the product
is yours and points will not be reinstated. If a redeemed product becomes defective it will be repaired
or replaced under its respective warranty which shall commence from its shipment date.
The Fine Print
This is a “Value Added” program that represents no cash value. American DJ reserves the right to change, alter,
and or discontinue the program at any time. It is the sole responsibility of the ADJ Advantage™ member
to check that points are posted for applicable registered products. Bonus points may be offered from time
to time for the purchase of specific products and or promotions. Points never expire.
Only products purchased on or after February 20, 2005 qualify towards reward points. Not all
products purchased qualify for reward points. See specific Products web page for qualifying points.
How To Receive Points
Points are awarded for qualifying products when you register your warranty card and supply American DJ
with proof of purchase as follows. The warranty registration and process of sending in proof of purchase
is basically one operation with two steps and can be completed at the Warranty Registration page of our
web site.
Once your "online" warranty registration is complete for each qualifying product you need to complete
the rest of the process by sending in the following items to American DJ. 1. A copy of your purchase / sales
receipt from an authorized dealer. 2. The actual UPC bar code cut from the products box. 3. Include your assigned ADJAdvantage membership number.
