Technical Support / Customer Service (Audio & Lighting Products):

Minimum 2 years experience
Able to communicate clearly with a friendly style
Good benefits, Health & 401 (K). 40hrs / wk M-F

Will be responsible for taking incoming calls from existing customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues regarding:

product usage
service manual
issuing RAS
issuing Call Tags
discussing credit return policy
assisting customers with Spare Parts
assist Sales Staff with technical issues

Lighting Repair Technician:

Minimum 2 years experienced in Special Effects Lighting products
Must have experience with intelligent fixtures of all types and understand DMX protocol
Good benefits, Health & 401 (K). 40hrs / wk M-F
